As a young adult, Tom surrendered to Christ. He progressively became one who passionately pursues God. His greatest desire is to see God work in the lives of others, so they may know salvation and grow in discipleship.
Tom has served churches since 1994 beginning as a lay speaker with full-time secular employment, and while earning degrees at Kentucky Wesleyan College, 2001, and Asbury Theological Seminary, 2005. Tom has led 28 short-term evangelistic missions to 7 countries where churches have been planted, and provided leadership and discipleship training. In Ghana and Zimbabwe, Tom has helped start 55 new congregations in remote rural areas.
Tom is married to Teresa and they have two children and two grandchildren.
